The ground floor of this charming accommodation features exposed beams and a stone wall, preserving the original character of the open plan lounge area. Here, you can relax in comfortable armchairs and a cozy sofa while enjoying a selection of British and French channels on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen-diner area includes modern amenities such as a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer.

On the first top floor, you will find a delightful en-suite double bedroom with a spacious shower, wash basin, and toilet. Additionally, a large family bedroom with two rooms offers comfort and privacy. It is furnished with two full-sized single beds that can be joined together if preferred. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower above, as well as a wash basin and a toilet. An adjoining bedroom with two single beds completes this family-friendly layout.

With a south-facing panoramic view of the countryside, Joug dAntan is set in a half-acre enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a parasol. Just 900 yards away, the lively village of Percy provides convenient access to amenities such as bakers, butcher shops, bar-cafés, restaurants, pubs, banks, a tourist office, a post office, and medical facilities. The main tourist towns and sandy beaches, including Avranches, Granville, Bréhal, Coutances, and St-Lo, are all within an easy 25-minute drive.

Directions

If you are coming from Caen, take the A84 motorway towards Rennes/Mt-St-Michel and exit at Nr 38. Continue straight for 9km until you reach Percy centre.
If you are coming from Cherbourg, drive towards Carentan and then St-Lo, before heading to Villedieu les Poêles (D999) and finally reaching Percy centre.
Once you are at Percy centre, follow the signs towards Hambye (D58). After 900 yards, you will find a yellow board on the left side of the road indicating "Gite Joug d'Antan."
