Description for B&B:
The house is an 18th-century "bastide" situated in a spacious garden with a swimming pool, gazebo, and fish pond. Its three rooms are themed according to different regions, adorned with artifacts collected from various trips: la Route de la Soie will transport you to the Indian subcontinent, la Route du Cacao has an African ambiance, and la Route des Bastides embodies the Provençal charm.Located on the border of Provence and Languedoc, facing the renowned vineyards and cellars of Chateauneuf du Pape, the house is only 10 minutes away from the lively Avignon and its festival, as well as from Orange and its "chorégies" festival. Additionally, it is just a 20-minute drive from Uzès and 30 minutes from Nîmes. For those who enjoy kayaking and canyoning, the canyons of the Ardèche and Cèze rivers are a mere 30 minutes away. Marseille and Montpellier airports are both approximately an hour away, while the TGV train station is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the house.
The house is ideally situated at the crossroads of all the region's tourist activities and cultural events, while still offering the tranquility of a small southern village. The hostess of the house welcomes guests in French, English, Spanish, or Italian, offering a delightful cup of tea or a delicious glass of wine depending on the time of arrival.
We are delighted to welcome you into our home and are available to assist you in making the most of your stay by providing helpful advice and information about ongoing activities and events.
