Description:

Description for B&B:

The house is an 18th-century "bastide" situated in a spacious garden with a swimming pool, gazebo, and fish pond. Its three rooms are themed according to different regions, adorned with artifacts collected from various trips: la Route de la Soie will transport you to the Indian subcontinent, la Route du Cacao has an African ambiance, and la Route des Bastides embodies the Provençal charm.

Located on the border of Provence and Languedoc, facing the renowned vineyards and cellars of Chateauneuf du Pape, the house is only 10 minutes away from the lively Avignon and its festival, as well as from Orange and its "chorégies" festival. Additionally, it is just a 20-minute drive from Uzès and 30 minutes from Nîmes. For those who enjoy kayaking and canyoning, the canyons of the Ardèche and Cèze rivers are a mere 30 minutes away. Marseille and Montpellier airports are both approximately an hour away, while the TGV train station is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the house.

The house is ideally situated at the crossroads of all the region's tourist activities and cultural events, while still offering the tranquility of a small southern village. The hostess of the house welcomes guests in French, English, Spanish, or Italian, offering a delightful cup of tea or a delicious glass of wine depending on the time of arrival.

We are delighted to welcome you into our home and are available to assist you in making the most of your stay by providing helpful advice and information about ongoing activities and events.

To ensure a comfortable stay for both guests and ourselves, we kindly request that you follow a few rules:

3) Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

4) Your room will be prepared prior to your arrival, and we will not enter it during your stay to respect your privacy. However, should you require additional cleaning during your stay, a supplement of €20 will be charged. For stays lasting over a week, housekeeping will be provided free of charge midway through your stay.

5) Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM in the garden. In case of inclement weather, it will be served in front of the fireplace. Early breakfast can be arranged upon request.

6) The swimming pool is available for your use from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM at your own responsibility.

ROAD OF SPICES:
This unique room, situated in the coolness of the old cellars, takes you on a journey to Rajasthan, with warm tones reminiscent of the Indian subcontinent. The room offers a comfortable 160-sized bed, a small seating area, wifi, TV, a mini refrigerator, and a private bathroom and toilet. You will have direct access to the shaded courtyard where breakfast will be served under the linden tree in summer or by the cozy fireplace in winter.
