Farm Toutoune offers five cozy guest rooms and a range of amenities including ping pong, bowling, parking, and swings. Located just 10 minutes away from the picturesque Lake Salagou, it is also conveniently situated within a 50-minute drive from the sea. The surrounding area boasts numerous fascinating attractions, such as the beautiful village of Soumont, the historic Prieuré Saint-Michel Grandmont nestled amidst a zoo, and ancient dolmens showcasing medieval architecture.Le gîte dispose d'une grande pièce de vie (35 m²) avec cheminée, télévision, lecteur DVD, internet ... En été, vous apprécierez sa fraîcheur. Une cuisine commune très spacieuse est équipée (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, four, ...). Au premier étage, vous trouverez 3 chambres, et au deuxième étage, 2 chambres de 20 m² chacune. La Ferme de Toutoune vous offre un cadre agréable et paisible, avec un grand espace extérieur pour vous divertir et vous reposer en profitant du paysage. Une grande table (pour 10 personnes) et des chaises sont à votre disposition pour vous détendre.

De nombreux endroits très intéressants à visiter se trouvent à proximité du gîte. Vous pourrez rapidement vous rendre au Lac du Salagou, à Lodève et sa région, au village de Soumont et au Prieuré Saint-Michel de Grandmont. Ce dernier est situé au cœur d'un parc animalier et abrite des dolmens datant du Moyen-Âge.

During the summer, you can enjoy the coolness of the house. There is also a generously sized communal kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and oven.First floor: The house comprises three comfortable bedrooms.
Second floor: There are two additional bedrooms, all of which are 20 sqm in size.
The Farm Toutoune provides a beautiful and tranquil setting with ample outdoor space for relaxation and enjoying the picturesque scenery. Unwind at the large table and chairs, perfect for gatherings of up to 10 people.

To travel from Montpellier or Béziers to Soumont, follow these directions:
1. Take the A75 motorway towards Lodève.
2. Take exit 53.
3. Drive a few miles and then turn left after passing the Dekra Soumont management and the Priory of Grandmont.
To travel from Millau to Soumont, follow these directions:
1. Take the A75 motorway towards Montpellier.
2. Take exit 52.
3. Drive a few miles and then turn left after passing the Dekra Soumont management and the Priory of Grandmont.
To reach the cottage La Ferme de Toutoune, follow these directions:
1. Take the direction towards the Priory of Grandmont and Soumont.
2. At the top, turn right towards Soumont.
3. Then, turn right at the sign indicating Fignols.
4. Continue straight until you reach an intersection where you should turn left. There will be a sign indicating the Farm Toutoune.
5. Please note that car access to the farm is difficult, so it is recommended to park and use the horse paths instead.
