The studio is brand new, completed in March 2013.The rental options range from one night to a maximum of four months, with prices on a sliding scale that can be up to 70% cheaper than a hotel. It is conveniently located near a lovely park and a swimming pool.
With a bus stop just 10 meters away and a bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, and a meat merchant on the same street, daily necessities are easily accessible. The city center and shops are within walking distance.
Situated in the suburbs, parking and traffic are not a concern. The A75 motorway, connecting Paris and Montpellier, is only 2 km away. Parking is available right in front of the studio, and there is also the option to rent a garage for an additional 5 euros per day.
Riom, a charming town, is just a 10-minute drive from Clermont Ferrand and 5 minutes from Chatel Guyon.
