The house has two bedrooms, including a comfortable master bedroom with a 160*200 bed, and a second bedroom with three beds measuring 90*190 each.
There is a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.
The enclosed garden faces south and is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs, making it the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation. Parking is available within the garden.
Conveniently located just 100 meters away from the house, there is a restaurant, pizzeria, and a small supermarket offering grocery items and fresh bread/pastries.
The town of Landéda is only 2 km away, where you can find all amenities including a supermarket and a weekly market. Directions
To get to the house, first, head towards Brest on the N12. Once you reach Landerneau, exit the N12. From there, continue in the direction of Lesneven. In Lesneven, follow the signs towards Lannilis, and then continue towards Landéda. Finally, the house is situated on the Presqu'ile de St Marguerite, just 100 meters away from St Marguerite beach.
