Greetings and a warm welcome to our establishment.With over 15 years of experience preparing cassoulet and paella in the Marseille region, my wife and I have discovered the beauty of CANTAL.
After extensive research and dedication, we have now settled in Mourjou, known for its chestnuts. Our aim is to carry out our culinary passion in this serene region, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
We take immense pleasure in inviting you to our guesthouse, where you can savor the finest regional delicacies such as pounti, Cantal cheese, and tripe, as well as indulge in our signature dishes like cassoulet and paella.
