We offer four guest rooms with separate entrances, all of which face the pool measuring 8 x 4 meters. The first room is designed for two people and features a cozy wood stove in the living room, a bathroom with a spa bath, and a separate toilet. The second room, ideal for families of five, includes a grand wood stove in the bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a hydro shower. The third room, known as the green room, accommodates three people and has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The fourth room, located upstairs, is perfect for two people and offers a bathroom with a hydro shower, a steam room, and a toilet.Guests have access to a lounge area equipped with a kitchenette, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There is also a picnic area with a barbecue available for use.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast made from locally sourced organic ingredients. You can choose to have your breakfast served on the terrace or by the fire, depending on the season. For added relaxation, we also offer wellness services such as massages.
The Mill is surrounded by numerous hiking trails, allowing you to explore the diverse flora and fauna in the area. We provide binoculars, a magnifying glass, and literature to enhance your nature exploration experience.

Directions
To reach the destination, head south of Millau on the axis-Albi (D992) for approximately 30 km. It will take about 20 minutes from the A75 motorway, taking exit 47 (Roquefort/St Affrique). Proceed through the village of St Jean d'Alcas and descend 2 km on a winding road until you reach a paved parking lot just before the creek.
