I am delighted to welcome you to this detached house, located in the heart of a village and close to the home owners. The house has a size of 50m² and offers a comfortable stay. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, as well as two sofa beds in the lounge. A baby bed is also available. The house can accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, and oven. Additionally, there is a baby chair and baby bed for your convenience. The house is also equipped with a TV and wifi. Children will find entertainment with the toys and books provided.

The large bay window in the house overlooks the beautiful garden. Outside, there is a spacious terrace of 45m² with garden chairs and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The garden is beautifully landscaped.

Upon your arrival, you will find a map and tourist information waiting for you. The house is conveniently located, only 8 minutes from Rouen with its historic art, and 5 minutes from the highway that takes you along the coast of alabaster in 45 minutes. The Seine river is also just 15 minutes away, offering various attractions such as Duclair and the fruit route, Jumieges Abbey Road, and St Wandrille. Additionally, there are many other sites to explore nearby, such as Etretat, Giverny, and Honfleur.

In the village, there is a bakery, and a commercial area is located 4 km away. A Contemporary Art Centre is also nearby, just 6 km away. Paris can be reached in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Please note that for reservations of one night only, a cleaning fee of 15 euros will be charged. It is worth mentioning that this place also serves as an exhibition of paintings by the owner, who is a painter.
