Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage boasts 80m² of living space. The interior features a well-appointed ground floor with a dining room, open plan kitchen and lounge area (45m²), a sofa bed (160), a cozy fireplace, an armchair (2), ample storage space, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, a pyrolysis oven, a mixed plate (4), a dishwasher, a color TV (with DVD), electric heating, and a telephone (accessible with a France Telecom card). Additionally, there is a cellar with a private washing machine, a dryer, a private cumulus (250l), and freezer storage (shelves). The cottage also offers a large covered terrace (30m²) that is perfect for enjoying the sunny weather.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace (25m²) that comfortably accommodates two people on a 160-sized bed. The bedroom also provides ample storage space with a desk and shelves, as well as a cot for those traveling with a baby. A private bathroom is also available, equipped with a sink (with vanity), a bidet, a bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet.

The cottage is well-equipped with amenities such as a telephone (with France Telecom card), a satellite dish and cable demodulator (subject to availability), a barbecue, a vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, baby equipment (bed cane, booster chair, microwave), and more.

Optional services include linen rental (€10 per pair), towel rental (€5 per person), and final cleaning (€65). Please note that pets are not allowed. Tourist information is readily available, and firewood can be purchased on-site for €20 near the crate.

Conveniently, all necessary shops can be found in Arreau, located 6km away. The nearest hospital is 40km away in Capvern, while a doctor and pharmacy can be found in Arreau as well.

Directions

To access the destination, take the A64 exit toll at Lannemezan. From there, follow the signs for Arreau-D929 for approximately 24 kilometers. In Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie, cross the bridge, and take the first road on the right towards Bareilles. At the Jézeaux intersection, keep right and continue towards Bareilles. Pass through the town of Is and after 3 kilometers, you will reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, park your vehicle, and take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right. For reference, consult Michelin Map No. 342 - fold O5. If using GPS, enter the coordinates 42.896728515625, 0.424789994955063. The nearest airport is Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées (Ossun), approximately 70 kilometers away. The nearest highway exit is A64, exit 16, which is 25 kilometers from Lannemezan. The nearby commune is Arreau, located 6 kilometers away. The closest railway station is in Lannemezan, which is also 25 kilometers away.
