Additionally, the picturesque Doms garden and the iconic Avignon Bridge can be reached within fifteen minutes. The Théâtre des Carmes, Théâtre des Halles, and Théâtre du Balcon are all conveniently located within walking distance, ensuring easy access to the city's cultural, nightlife, and social scenes.

In the spacious Augustin House, you will discover a haven of comfort for groups of 8 to 16 people. Featuring a generous living room nestled under the roof, Augustin himself will provide a large dining table and two convertible sofas for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have the luxury of enjoying three bathrooms, three fully-equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.

Each of the kitchens is furnished with essential amenities such as a refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, teapots, complete crockery, and various kitchen utensils. You'll also find a corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. To accommodate your group, there are a total of 18 chairs available.

The large living room offers a comfortable space with two convertible sofas measuring 140 × 190, two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, and a reliable WI-FI connection. Additionally, there is a table and six chairs, and an extra table can be provided to create a larger dining area. For younger guests, a school desk with games is available.

As for sleeping arrangements, the house boasts 16 beds. There are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 × 190 bed. The brides room features a 140 × 190 bed along with two 90 × 190 beds. Furthermore, there are four double sofa beds, and an additional bed can be provided upon request.

Each bathroom is equipped with a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, items such as an iron, ironing board, cot, and an extra bed measuring 80 × 190 can be requested.

To enhance your stay, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets.

Lastly, please note that animals are welcome in this accommodation.

Directions

The accommodation is conveniently located a 12-minute walk away from Avignon center train station.

If you are arriving by car, you have the option to park at the Italiens car park and then take a complimentary shuttle bus to reach the accommodation. Both the shuttle service and parking are free of charge.

Alternatively, you can choose to park at the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. However, please note that there is a fee for parking at this location. The parking fee is 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day.

If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage, you can follow these directions: Take the rue "Thiers" and then make a right turn onto the rue "Paul Sain" until you reach the rue du "Portail Matheron". From there, you will be only 50 meters away from the accommodation.
