This spacious house, formerly a Benedictine living, has been offering 5 guest rooms since June 2007. It is ideally located below the saint Agnan bell tower, in the heart of the historical neighborhood. The house opens up to a beautiful garden with enchanting views of the Loire river and the Sancerrois mounts. Guests staying on the first floor have direct access to the garden.Once settled in, guests can easily explore the town and enjoy a delicious meal at one of the nearby restaurants.
Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere. All rooms feature a king size bed, private bathroom, and toilet.
Guests are invited to relax in the sitting room and library located in the center of the house.
Breakfast is served in the garden, weather permitting.
The fifth room, called the "bellfry room", is nestled at the bottom of the bell tower and has its own private access to the garden. The spacious bathroom includes a large balneotub.
From May to September, guests can also enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Take the A77 motorway heading south of Paris and take exit 23 labeled "Cosne sud." Follow the signs indicating "centre ville" (town center) and you will find the first church on your left.
