Located just 3 minutes away from the bustling center of Avignon and its famous festival, this holiday home on the tranquil Ile de la Barthelasse offers a peaceful retreat.

The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining lounge with a fireplace, a convenient toilet, and a cellar.

On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms with comfortable 140cm beds and one bedroom with two 90cm beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet facilities.

Outside, a charming flower garden awaits you with a deck, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the pleasant surroundings.

Additional services are available upon request, including towel rental for €10 per person, bed linen rental for €15 per bed, and a €50 end-of-stay cleaning service.

Please note that the holiday home is connected to the owners' house.
