The single-storey house is surrounded by tall trees, offering a tranquil setting. Your stay will include a private garden equipped with a rest area, table, and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue for your convenience. Whether you arrive by bicycle, motorbike, or car, you can securely park your vehicle in the private car park.Inside, you will find three bedrooms to accommodate your needs. The first bedroom is a suite, featuring a comfortable 160-sized bed, a private shower room, a separate WC, and a convenient direct exit to the garden through a French window. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate WC. One of these bedrooms is furnished with a cozy 140-sized bed, while the other offers two comfortable 90-sized beds.
The living room and kitchen area is spacious and well-equipped. You will find a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even a fondue set.
If desired, each of the rooms can be rented separately, with access to the shared kitchen.

To arrive, take the A77 and take the Nevers exit. Our house is situated north of the Loire, in the direction of the Bérégovoy Hospital and the Lycée Alain Colas.
