Welcome to Maximes House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. This spacious house can accommodate up to 5 people, including babies and children. With 2 bedrooms, a private outside space, and a shared 11x5m swimming pool with only 2 other people, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Maximes House is semi-detached with Sarahs House, but it is completely independent. You'll have a large, quiet private terrace with garden furniture, all shaded by a beautiful mélia tree. Inside, you'll find modern amenities such as an 82cm LCD TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooker. Ironing facilities are also available.

The bathroom features a bath and a washbasin, with a separate toilet on the ground floor and another toilet in the bathroom on the first floor. Bedding includes a comfortable 160x200 bed on the ground floor and three 90x190 beds on the first floor.

Please note that breakfast is not served, but you'll have access to a shared large 3000m2 garden and the swimming pool, which is open from May to the end of September between 10am and 8pm. Arrival times are expected between 5pm and 7pm.

Maximes House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 1 week. During your stay, the owners will be living on the property, ensuring that any assistance you may need is readily available.

Description for Gite

House 1 is a spacious gite with a total area of 75 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, including one with a comfortable 160X200 bed and another with three cozy 90X190 beds.

When you choose to stay in House 1, you can enjoy the convenience of having household linen provided for your stay.

The availability for House 1 is as follows:

- From 02/07/2022 to 16/07/2022, the rate is 230 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- From 16/07/2022 to 19/07/2022, the gite is already occupied.
- From 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022, the rate is 230 per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- From 23/07/2022 to 07/09/2022, the gite is already occupied.
- From 07/09/2022 to 01/10/2022, the rate is 200 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required upon booking.

We kindly request that you leave the house in a clean condition. However, if you prefer, there is an option to add a final cleaning service for an additional fee of 100.
