Located in the heart of the Lot Valley, near the charming village of Casseneuil and the Bastide of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Clôt de Roques is a picturesque domain in the South-West region. Situated on a peninsula surrounded by the Sône, Lède, and Lot rivers, this 8-hectare property is adorned with 15th-century houses and a church classified as a Historic Monument. The farmhouse, restored to its former glory, is surrounded by fields and orchards, where horses and ponies roam freely.

Behind the farmhouse, you will find four cozy and inviting cottages, each with its own unique capacity, ensuring privacy and tranquility for all guests. These cottages provide access to a fully enclosed aquatic area, featuring two swimming pools. One of the pools is heated, allowing for enjoyable swims regardless of the weather, while the other offers a balneo space for relaxation. The lodgings themselves range in size from 40 to 75 square meters.

The domain also offers various recreational facilities amidst the shade of towering trees. Guests can enjoy swings, a ping-pong table, a bowling alley, and a volleyball and badminton court. For those with a passion for football, a soccer field is also available.
