Situated between the sea and the scrubland, our recently renovated Maison d'Hôtes l'Estaca combines the charm of the past with the comforts of modernity.

On the first floor, there are 3 guest rooms spread across 2 suites, accommodating a total of 6 people with the option of an additional extra bed. The Morocco suite features a bedroom with a king-sized double bed, a walk-in shower room, a separate living room, and a private WC. The Rétro & Azur Suite consists of 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds that can be combined, a walk-in shower room, and a private WC.

On the ground floor, guests have access to the living room and the dining room for breakfast and table d'hôte meals.

Outside, with no overlooking neighbors, there is a terrace with a shaded dining area and a summer lounge. Additionally, there is an above-ground swimming pool under adult supervision, a Mediterranean garden, and a vegetable patch.

At the end of the garden, there is a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, barbecue, stove with oven, and fridge, allowing guests to prepare their own meals to enjoy on-site or to take away (shaded table).

We provide amenities such as WiFi, a hairdryer, indoor games, badminton, a high chair, a baby cot, and a welcome booklet with information on activities, local attractions, restaurants, wineries, and cultural events.

There is a large car park located 20 meters away.

Furthermore, we offer wellness massage sessions and workshops on body relaxation and awakening, supervised by Mélanie, a certified practitioner and trainer.

In addition, we have partnerships for bicycle rentals, horseback riding, and visits to wineries for wine tasting.

There is an option to temporarily park in front of the house for unloading luggage, with a car park located 20 meters away near the pharmacy and children's park.

There are also numerous activities available both in the village and the surrounding area.

Major cities such as Narbonne and Béziers (with train stations) are a 30-minute drive away, the beach is approximately 40 minutes away, the St Pons Valley mountain is a 45-minute drive, and Montpellier (with an airport) is 1 hour away, as well as the Spanish border.

Located just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi, this thousand-year-old Languedoc wine-growing village is rich in history. The Occitania region, with its blend of sea, mountains, scrubland, past, and present, boasts a remarkable heritage and stunning landscapes.

This region invites visitors to discover its local gastronomy, its finest terroirs, and its wine estates in Rhône Gard, Corbières, Minervois, Faugère, and Roussillon.

Description for Gite

We have 3 guest rooms available in our charming gite, spread across 2 suites, offering a total capacity for 6 people. Additionally, we can provide an extra bed if needed.

All of our guest rooms have been recently renovated and are located on the 1st floor. Each room has its own unique style and is equipped with various amenities for your comfort. These include a spacious walk-in shower room with a heated towel rail, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack with hangers, comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. The rooms also feature double glazed windows, wooden shutters, radiant electric heating, a fan, new bedding, towels, and a hairdryer.

Our Morocco Suite takes inspiration from the enchanting scents of the Orient. The furniture and objects within the suite create a Moroccan dream, with warm ocher earth tones, deep indigo skies, and vibrant green oases. This suite, located on the south side with garden views, consists of a spacious 20m2 bedroom with a large double bed (180/200 cm) and an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there is a 16m2 living room and a separate toilet within the suite.

On the street side, we have the Rétro & Azur Suite, which includes two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. The suite also features a walk-in shower room and a private toilet.

The Azur room offers a serene marine ambiance, inviting you to imagine yourself sailing on the open sea. The room is decorated in soothing tones of azure and sand, creating a simple and natural atmosphere.

For those who appreciate a touch of nostalgia, the Retro Room is the perfect choice. Its quirky and vintage decor combines a sense of the past with a unique "recycled" style. Behind its slightly nostalgic appearance, the room exudes authenticity and originality, paying homage to the family's heritage.
