This charming duplex studio cottage measures 25m² and is designed to accommodate 2 people. It is situated within the renovated old bread oven of a former winegrower's house, seamlessly blending old-world charm with modern comforts. The cottage holds a 2-star classification from Atout France, a 2-key label from Clévacances, and is recognized as part of the "Valeurs natural regional park".On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room complete with a TV and WiFi. Adjacent to this is a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, and multifunctional microwave oven. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet can also be found on this level. Accessible via a secure millers ladder, the attic bedroom is located on the first floor. It is worth noting that this may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, those who are tall, or those who experience claustrophobia. The bedroom is furnished with a bed measuring 180 X 200 or (2 x 90 x 200), which can be arranged according to your preference. Additionally, the beds will be made upon your arrival.
Guests have access to a spacious courtyard featuring garden furniture and a barbecue. At the rear of the property, on a fully enclosed 40-ares plot, there is a pétanque court, more garden furniture, parking facilities, and a heated swimming pool (only available during the appropriate season). The cottage is nestled in a picturesque Lorraine village, right in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, providing a peaceful environment. Its location at the center of the Verdun, Metz, and Nancy triangle makes it an ideal base for exploring the region.
Within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, a variety of shops can be found. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible and are available to assist with any requests. We can provide maps and various documents to help you discover the beauty of our region. Our availability can be checked on this site's calendar.
Weekly rentals range from 250 to 280 euros, with July and August rentals available exclusively on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week rentals (4 nights) are priced at 180 euros and can commence on either Monday or Tuesday. Weekend stays (2 nights) are available for 130 euros. A tourist tax of 0.99 euros per person over the age of 18, per day, applies. These rates include all necessary expenses. Upon arrival, sheets and towels will be provided, excluding swimming pool towels. Baby equipment can be provided upon request. A 30% deposit is required for all reservations. An optional end-of-stay cleaning package is available for 40 euros. A deposit of 200 euros is also required. Please note that only the number of individuals declared at the time of booking will be accepted on the premises. It is not possible to privatize the property, including the swimming pool, for parties or any other purpose. We regret to inform you that we no longer accept bookings from companies. Lastly, we also offer a separate 3-person cottage on the premises.

Please be advised that only the number of guests declared at the time of booking will be permitted on the premises and within the cottage. The premises, including the swimming pool, cannot be privatized for parties or any other reasons. Unfortunately, we no longer accept bookings from companies.
In addition to our 2-person cottage, we also offer a separate 3-person gîte on the same site.
