Low season rates:
During school holidays such as Halloween, Carnival, and Easter, the weekly rate is 280 euros. For the rest of the low season, the rate is 290 euros per week.

High season rates:
In July, August, and December, the weekly rate is 350 euros.

Weekend rates:
For a minimum of two nights during any time of the year, the rate is 80 euros per night.

Additional charges:
There is an extra fee of 50 euros for rentals between 1st November and 31st March for heating purposes.

Booking requirements:
A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at the house. Additionally, a deposit of 150 euros is to be paid upon arrival at the house.

En pleine saison nous avons réservé cet " appartement". Il est situé dans une rue tres calme. L'appartement est incroyablement spacieux, superbement équipé, même du nécessaire de toilette, necessaire de nettoyage, linge de lit, ... La propriétaire est bien sympathique et présente si besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et en ferons bonne publicité.
