On the other hand, the "Summer" apartment is a larger duplex measuring 170 m², capable of accommodating up to 10 people. It also provides central heating and a fully equipped kitchen with an "American" style refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The apartment includes a dining room, multiple lounges with 2 sofa beds for 2 people each, 3 double bedrooms, one of which has bunk beds, and a double bed in a mezzanine area. A baby bed is also available. It offers 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a plasma screen TV, DVD player, table football, ping-pong table, barbecue, and swings.

Description for Gite

The cottage welcomes guests throughout the year and allows pets as long as their immunization records are up to date. The rates for staying at the cottage are as follows:
- "Winter" season: $200 per week per apartment
- "Summer" season: $800 per week per apartment

These rates include accommodation, bed linen, table linen, towels, expenses, television, basic cleaning before arrival, and supplies for breakfast for 4 people. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of $1,000 locally when receiving the keys.

Payment terms for SARL BATI G are as follows: a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Directions

If you are coming from Lyon on the A7, take the ANNONAY St Rambert d'Albon exit right after passing VIENNA. From there, follow the signs for ANNONAY and continue towards IT SATILLIEU Louvesc. Once in SATILLIEU, take a small road on the right that leads to ST SYMPHORIEN Mahun.

If you are approaching from the South on the A7, take the TAIN L'HERMITAGE exit. Cross the Rhone and continue through Tournon. Take the N86 back to Sarras and Ardoix, then head towards Satillieu. At a certain point, you'll see an indication for St Symphorien Mahun, turn right there and continue following the road until you reach Veyrines.
