With Chartres a mere 15 minutes away, our welcoming hosts Nathalie and Dominique invite you to indulge in the cozy ambiance of our three fully restored, character-filled rooms. These rooms were once stables and now boast delightful features such as exposed beams, traditional tile flooring, and rustic wooden accents. Each room comes with a private bathroom and independent ground floor access, making it easily accessible for those with reduced mobility. Our secure parking area ensures peace of mind for our guests, while our commitment to providing a comfortable and smoke-free environment means that pets are not allowed in our establishment.

Description for Gite

This renovated barn offers a spacious living area of 60 m2. On the ground floor, you will find a charming living/dining room with a high cathedral ceiling, which opens up to a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and a flat screen TV. There is also a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed and a bathroom with a WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine area features two single beds for additional sleeping arrangements.

Outside, there is a private enclosed patio with a wooden terrace, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking space. From the patio, you can admire the view of the enclosed pool.

The barn is equipped with electric heating and offers the option of linen rental and cleaning services upon request. Additionally, this accommodation is accessible for individuals with reduced mobility.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
