We are located just 7 km from downtown Caen and 6 km from the exhibition center. The independent apartment, located on the ground floor of our house, has been recently renovated and offers privacy as it is separate from the owner's residence.

The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people, featuring an independent kitchen with all necessary utensils, a dining room, a flat screen TV with TNT channels, DVD player, radio, CD mini-chain, washing machine, library, board games, WiFi internet, and high-speed broadband. Additionally, we provide an electric adapter for all countries.

The bedroom is half-buried and tastefully decorated, featuring a large 2-person bed (160x200) with recent bedding for a comfortable sleep. It includes a wardrobe and storage space, as well as 2 bedside tables with lamps. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) for an additional 2 people.

The bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and storage, with a separate toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. We also offer secure closed parking for your convenience.

All necessary shops are within a short two-minute walk, with supermarkets located 2 and 3 km away. The sea can be easily reached via the nearby expressway, just 18 km away.

Within a radius of 50 km, there are numerous tourist sites to explore, including the landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Omaha Beach, Caen, Ouistreham, Courseulles, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint-Michel, Étretat, Pays d'Auge, Suisse Normande, Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Cotentin, and The Hague. There are also plenty of opportunities for swimming, water sports, bungee jumping, amusement parks, zoos, forests, bowling, leisure activities, museums, and cultural experiences.

Please note that we require a minimum rental period of 3 nights, except during school holidays. Mid-week rentals are also available, and it is not compulsory to book from Saturday to Saturday, except during school holidays. Discounts are available for bookings of two consecutive weeks.

Longer stays are possible during the low season. Linen for both the bathroom and the house can be rented upon request, with rates varying based on the specific period and the number of people.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
