Description for B&B:

Introducing our charming and snug cottage for the year 2020. This delightful accommodation comfortably sleeps 4/5 people, with the option of an additional sofa bed. Nestled in the tranquil countryside of Côtes dArmor, bordering Morbihan, it is conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from the bustling medieval town of Josselin, renowned for its impressive chateau and the picturesque Nantes-Brest Canal. With minimal passing traffic, a peaceful and restful stay is guaranteed. As your friendly and accommodating hosts, we live next door and will warmly welcome you upon arrival. To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we provide a welcome pack and complimentary breakfast on your first morning.

The cottage itself exudes warmth, comfort, and a welcoming ambiance. It boasts a private garden, complete with a BBQ, where you can unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful region of Brittany. All bedding, towels, and tea towels are provided, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for relaxation, and the lovely wood burner adds a cozy touch (alternative heating options are also available). Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy a variety of English and French TV channels. On-site parking spaces are available for your convenience. Well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted.

For families with children, we offer a range of outdoor activities, including a swing, ball games, a football table, and a dart board. Moreover, the cottage's prime location allows for easy access to various seaside resorts, such as the Gulf of Morbihan, the Atlantic coast, and the wild granit coast in the north of Brittany. Inland, there are numerous sites worth exploring, as well as an abundance of restaurants to satisfy your culinary desires.

Nearby attractions include Aquaval in Merdrignac (24km), the nautical base of Plémet (16km), and Kingoland in Plumelin (48km). We also recommend visiting the Abbaye of Notre Dame de Trimadeuc in Bréhan (7km) and the Abbaye de Bon Repos in St Gelven (40km). During the summer months of July and August, a delightful open-air swimming pool is available in la Chèze, just a 15-minute drive away, offering fun for all ages with its large water slide and sunbathing areas. The little ones will also enjoy the separate children's pool. Additionally, a nearby equestrian center in St Barnabé (15-minute drive) offers pony and horse rides throughout the year.

If a coastal excursion is not on your agenda, a short drive will take you to a picturesque lake with a man-made beach, where you can indulge in water sports and soak up the serene surroundings. This beautiful destination is not to be missed.
