THE BUIS is situated in the western suburbs of Paris, close to Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. This enchanting location features a stunning 7000 m2 park with a forest area adorned with ancient trees, boxwood balls, topiary, and paths lined with fruit trees. The park is also home to a small river that winds through the trees, nourished by a picturesque waterfall. Additionally, guests can enjoy a large pool with a statue and a greenhouse adorned with hanging grapes. We invite you to discover the magic of this place.

To enhance your stay, THE BUIS offers a range of amenities including a beautiful swimming pool, clay tennis courts, a bowling alley for playing petanque, a spacious paved courtyard, a children's garden, and an old barn that completes the romantic ambiance of this location, ensuring an unforgettable memory.

Included in our rates are a French breakfast, access to the pool with pillows and towels provided, access to the clay tennis courts (weather permitting), golf balls, access to the park, forest, and all the hidden corners, as well as access to the fairs and winter pool.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and departure should be completed by 11 AM.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit upon booking, which can be paid in cash or via transfer.

We offer three rental spaces for your convenience. THE LOFT, accessed through a private staircase, offers a spacious area of 160 m2 suitable for 1-4 persons. It includes 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds, which can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The space features warm flooring with wood, seagrass, tiles, and a TV. The WHITE ROOM, located on the first floor, includes 1 bed (160) with a bathroom, toilet, and TV. Lastly, we have The HOUSE, an independent space featuring 2 bedrooms (1 bed and 2 beds, which can be combined), a lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a TV.

The general atmosphere of our accommodations is warm, with a decor that incorporates natural materials in shades of moles, beige, and wood.

For your convenience, you can park your car or luxury collection in the courtyard of the town hall parking lot.

Rates are as follows:
- The White Room:
- 1 person: 150 euros.
- 2 people: 180 euros.

- The Loft:
- 1 bedroom: 300 euros.
- Additional room: 150 euros.

- The Cottage:
- 1 room: 250 euros.
- Additional room: 120 euros.

We also offer a spa service at the following rates:
- 1 person: 30 euros.
- 2 persons: 50 euros.
- 3 and 4 persons: 60 euros.
