This charming 14th-century house, located in the heart of Leon's country, has undergone careful renovations. Situated close to the sea, with access to beaches, fishing opportunities, and coastal trails, it provides a serene and spacious environment. The rooms offer beautiful views of the sea, and the property includes a 6000m² park for your enjoyment.The ground floor features a dining room, living room, storeroom, and water-closets. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (120*190). Additionally, there are two bathrooms and water-closets. Heating is provided by a central fuel-oil system.
The house is fully equipped with a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hi-fi stereo, telephone, and library. Baby equipment is available upon request, and sheets can be rented if needed.
Outside, you will find a teak wood garden lounge, barbecue, children's porch, and parking lot.
