Additionally, there are two bathrooms and water-closets. Heating is provided by a central fuel-oil system.

The house is fully equipped with a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hi-fi stereo, telephone, and library. Baby equipment is available upon request, and sheets can be rented if needed.

Outside, you will find a teak wood garden lounge, barbecue, children's porch, and parking lot.
