Marie-Pierre and Jean-Yves invite you to stay at their 3-star holiday home, "Dolphins," located in Matignon, Brittany (22550). This charming cottage can accommodate 2 to 5 people and is situated just 4 kilometers from the sea, near the popular seaside resort of St Cast le Guildo. Recently renovated for your comfort, "The Dolphins" offers a range of amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, radio/CD player, DVD player, and digital TV.

The cottage is spread across two floors, with the ground floor featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a dining area. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.

Outside, the cottage boasts a fenced garden at the back of the house, complete with a private garden area, terrace, shelter, garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. Additionally, there is a front yard where you can conveniently park your car.

Within walking distance of the cottage, you will find various shops including supermarkets (Super U, Lidl), a bakery, and other smaller shops. There are also clothing, shoe, craft, and flower stores, as well as restaurants offering delicious crepes and pizzas.

"The Dolphins" is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The charming city of Saint Cast Le Guildo, with its seven beautiful sandy beaches, marina, and rocky cliffs, is just 4 kilometers away. You can also visit the medieval town of Dinan or the famous corsair town of Saint Malo, both within a 30-kilometer radius. Other nearby attractions include Dinard (22 kilometers), Cape Frehel (15 kilometers), Erquy, Pleneuf, Lancieux, and Saint Jacut (all within 20 kilometers), as well as the iconic Mont Saint Michel (70 kilometers) and the stunning island of Brehat in Paimpol (1 hour away).

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking along the GR34 trail (2.5 kilometers from the cottage), golfing, horse riding, cinema, disco, casino, water sports, fishing, tennis, mountain biking, and swimming in the heated sea water of St. Cast. For family fun, you can visit the large Aquarium of Saint Malo (30 minutes away), the PARC COBAC Lanhélin amusement park (45 minutes away), the pirate maze (20 minutes away), or the Boubansais zoo (45 minutes away).

"The Dolphins" can be rented on a nightly or weekend basis throughout 2010, with weekly rates starting at 250 Euros in March and 310 Euros in April, May, June, and September. The rate increases to 490 Euros per week in July and August. The cottage is also available during the October, November, and December holidays at a rate of 250 Euros per week. A reservation deposit of 25% is required, and baby equipment (high chair, bath, and bed) is provided. Dogs are allowed upon request.
