Description:
Description for Gite
Ginouillac, situated on the border of the picturesque Périgord and Quercy regions, is the perfect destination to explore and immerse yourself in the beauty of both areas. Nestled within the tranquil Natural Regional Park of Causses of Quercy, this village offers a haven of peacefulness. In this charming village on the outskirts, an entire farm has been transformed. The first house is now ready to warmly welcome you. Originally built in the 19th century as a grain storage barn, this square-shaped building, emblematic of Quercy, once housed the fruits of the threshing operation powered by a steam engine. Today, this former "cell grains" has been converted into a cozy country cottage, ideal for up to 4 individuals (2 adults and 2 children). Recognized for its comfort, the house has been awarded a 3-ear rating by Gites de France.
The property features an impressive and environmentally friendly 6x12m swimming pool, offering a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, a separate shallow swimming area has been thoughtfully designed for the enjoyment of children. For the little ones, a playground equipped with swings, slides, and a sandbox is conveniently located near the cottage. To enhance your outdoor experience, a BBQ, garden furniture, and a summer kitchen are also provided.
Stay connected during your vacation with wireless internet access available throughout the premises.
