Additionally, the second floor offers an attic bedroom with three single beds.

Outside, you will find a fenced courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. There is also a barbecue available for use. Adjacent to the gite, a barn houses a washing machine and an extra fridge. Furthermore, there is a designated car parking area for your convenience.

Just beyond the owner's garden wall, you will discover a magnificent 10-meter x 5-meter swimming pool. Access to the pool is granted through a gate. This property is located in the charming hamlet of Goué, which is conveniently situated next to the lively market town of MANSLE. In MANSLE, you will find an array of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers a range of organized activities such as canoeing, walking, archery, and many others for your enjoyment.

Directions

To reach Mansle, it is convenient to take the N10 road located between Ruffec and Angoulême. If you are approaching from the north (Ruffec), make a right turn at La Gagnarderie. On the other hand, if you are coming from the south, drive through Mansle and turn left after crossing the bridge onto the Fontenille road. After traveling for approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach Goué. Take the first left onto a small lane and then make the first right to enter the courtyard area.
