Enjoy your holiday in a charming cottage located on a peaceful Purebred Arabian breeding farm, surrounded by 14 acres of lush pasture and 20 majestic horses. Only a 5-minute drive from the beach, downtown area, and Cap d'Agde, this 100 m2 cottage offers a comfortable and inviting stay.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and dining area complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and WiFi access. The living room opens up to a 40 m2 fenced terrace with a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on this floor.
Upstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms, including one with a queen-sized bed and two with double beds. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower completes this level. Private parking is available, and there is also the option of using a garage. Linen is provided for your convenience.
The cottage has its own independent entrance, ensuring privacy and seclusion from the rest of the property. Rates for the cottage range from 800 to 1300 depending on the season. Additionally, there is an opportunity to bring your own horse for a weekend stay or participate in livestock internships.

Directions
Take exit 34 on the A9 motorway towards AGDE. Follow the signs for AGDE-SETE for approximately 11 km. At the roundabout, take the direction towards Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, head towards SAINT VINCENT. After about 800 meters, you will find the road on your left, near the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Continue on this road for about 400 meters.
