With 2 beautifully appointed rooms, each equipped with TV and web access, as well as 2 WC and 2 bathrooms, your comfort is our top priority. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, vitroceramics, electric furnaces, and microwaves.Enjoy breathtaking sea views from the property, with Bandol beaches just 9 km away. Set on a vast 9-hectare vineyard, tranquility is assured, while still being conveniently located only 4 km from local shops and amenities. Our property features a delightful play area, complete with badminton, table tennis, balls, and a swing. Unwind on the shaded terrace, complete with a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining.
The pool, located 50 meters behind the house, is shared with our neighboring rental, accommodating a maximum of 6 people. Rest assured, privacy is maintained with separate entrances, individual relaxation furniture, and shaded arbors.

Directions
To travel from Aix to Provence or Marseille on the motorway, head towards Toulon. Once you see the signs for Cassis, La Ciotat, and St Cyr on sea, take the exit towards "Le Castellet, Le Beausset." From there, follow the signs for "Le Beausset-vieux" for approximately 4 km.
