Welcome to La Ferme de Chaouen, a charming modular cottage in the heart of Burgundy. Located in the peaceful village of Fulvy, near Tonnerre and Ancy le Franc, this beautifully restored farmhouse is the perfect destination for your vacation, family reunions, or any festive occasion.Surrounded by picturesque countryside, where rolling hills meet the Armançon river and the Canal de Bourgogne, this region is renowned for its wine, cheese, and timeless beauty. With a spacious area of 350 m2, La Ferme de Chaouen can comfortably accommodate 5 to 20 people. The ground floor, available for separate rental, features a large living room, a games room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, a two-person sauna, and a separate toilet. Ideal for groups of 5-8 guests, this level offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
For larger families or groups of friends, an upper level accessible via a staircase provides additional flexibility. With 1, 2, 6, or more rooms available, this level can accommodate up to 12 people. A bathroom and toilet are conveniently located upstairs for your convenience.
Step outside into the hidden and enclosed patio, offering a private and sheltered terrace equipped with patio heaters. Enjoy the sun on the plush lawn or take a refreshing dip in the above ground pool with its charming wooden siding. The pool is easily accessible via a removable ladder and is safe for children. Two barns are also included, providing parking space for cars and motorcycles, as well as a dedicated area for hosting parties and events with friends.
Music enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped and acoustically treated music room, perfect for rehearsals or compositions.
During your stay, you will be kept warm and cozy with the oil boiler heating system on the ground floor and electric radiators upstairs.
