Located just 30 km from Perros-Guirec on the Lannion-Guingamp axis, this spacious cottage is perfect for large groups of up to 12 people, with an additional 3 beds available for young children under 5 years old. The cottage offers 5 rooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Attached to a renovated convent, the cottage is completely independent and situated in the quiet village center, with shops conveniently nearby. The property boasts a large garden of 2500 m2, providing ample space for relaxation. Comfortable and well-appointed, this 3-star lodging is recognized by the Prefecture.For those looking to explore the surrounding area, the highway is only 1 km away, providing easy access to Lannion (22 km), the beautiful beaches of Perros-Guirec (25 km), Guingamp (13 km), Bégard (4 km) with its water park, and the charming small town of character.
The weekly rates for the cottage are as follows:
- July / August: 990 euros
- May / June / September: 790 euros
- Rest of the year: 690 euros
Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people (beds), but can accommodate up to 12 people with the use of the sofa bed. Beyond 12 people, there is a possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor, available free of charge. Guests using these mattresses will need to bring their own sheets or sleeping bags and towels. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 15 people.
For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day, in addition to the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is required.
Please note that a local tax of 0.50 euros per person per day (for individuals aged 13 and above) is applicable from 1st to 30th September.
The prices include bed linen and bathroom towels.
Outside of school holidays, the host is happy to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. The price for a 2-night weekend stay is 410 euros (based on 12 people), with an additional cost of 175 euros per extra night.
