The first room is a delightful double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the second room features twin beds. Guests are welcome to unwind in the spacious conservatory, perfect for relaxation, reading, and playing board games. Additionally, the conservatory doubles as a lovely dining area. The B&B provides all necessary crockery, cutlery, a fridge, and a microwave for guests' convenience. Reffannes can be found on the D938, which is located 12 kilometers to the north of Parthenay and 16 kilometers to the south of St Maixent lEcole. If you head east, you will reach Poitiers, which is 40 kilometers away, and if you go south, you will reach Niort, which is also 40 kilometers away. The house is conveniently located next to the Post Office on "Rue de la Poste" at the junction of the D131 and the D938.
