Our fully functional cottage, located by the river Vendée, comfortably accommodates 2 to 6 people. The charm and tranquility of this place will captivate you. It features 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a spacious 30m2 living room with a cozy leather sofa and a fireplace insert (wood is provided). The cottage also includes a well-equipped independent kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and gas stove. In addition, there is a utility room, 2 shower rooms (one with a shower), 2 toilets, and air conditioning for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful green park with a boules pitch (boules provided), loungers, outdoor seating, and a barbecue. This exceptional site offers peace, relaxation, and privacy for holidaymakers seeking tranquility and quality services.

For fishing enthusiasts, our cottage provides an exceptional setting right by the river. You can relax on our terrace while keeping an eye on your fishing rod. The flowered terrace gives you direct access to the river and two pontoons, making it convenient for fishing.

We offer various amenities for you to fully enjoy your stay, including four bicycles for exploring nature, a boat (with life jackets) for discovering the Green Venice, and a private boules pitch. The Vendée region is known for its open air and open spaces, and you will appreciate the rich flora and fauna it offers.

Additional services include the possibility to rent linen (sheets, towels, and kitchen linens) and on-site parking. We also provide unlimited high-speed internet access, free WiFi, free Orange TV access, and free unlimited calls to landlines. Our cottage is equipped with a library, board games, and documentation on the region. Don't miss the famous PUY DU FOU theme park, located 70 km away. For beach lovers, the Vendée coast is just 30 km away, offering beautiful beaches such as LAiguillon, La Tranche, and La Faute. And for seafood enthusiasts, Charron is only 20 km away, known for its mussels.

Our cottage is available for rent throughout the year, for one or more weeks. Rates range from 330 to 500 euros per week, depending on the season. The rates include bike rental, boat use, boules pitch access, WiFi internet, Orange TV, and free phone calls.
