I have a room available for private rent, measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. Additionally, it is only a 30-minute drive from the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.The room is independent and part of a single-story house. It has its own entrance and opens up to a furnished and sunny terrace. The house is situated in a peaceful area of the city center, ensuring a quiet environment. There is also a free parking space available.
The bathroom and toilets are shared with other occupants. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and linens are provided for your convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed in the room.
Breakfast is included in the rental and will be provided. If you are interested, please contact me only by telephone.
