Situated in the picturesque Dordogne region, our beautifully restored 18th-century Dordogne Stone Manor house, Les Charmes de Carlucet, is a true gem. Just 2 km away from the lively village of Salignac-Eyvigues, with its bustling market square, grocery shops, and excellent restaurants, this magnificent property offers the perfect blend of history, luxury, and tranquility.

Boasting a large heated outdoor pool and sauna, the Manor house features six double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. With a spacious 70m2 living/dining room and a professional kitchen, the house comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Classified as a 5-star property by the Dordogne tourist board, it can be reserved on a Bed and Breakfast basis or as a private holiday home.

Adjacent to the Manor house is the luxurious 3-bedroom villa, Beaux Reves, also classified as a 5-star property. With its own private pool, it can accommodate an additional 7 people. In total, our properties can host up to 21 guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

For those seeking adventure, we are conveniently located near some of the most spectacular cycling routes in the Dordogne region. Just outside our doorstep, you will find a network of beautiful bike routes suitable for all abilities. We can even arrange bike rentals for you.

Overlooking the historic hamlet of Carlucet, which features an impressive 11th-century Church, Les Charmes de Carlucet offers peace, tranquility, and comfort. Recently renovated with top-quality materials, including new bathrooms and beautiful stone floors throughout the ground floor, our Manor house is tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If you don't feel like cooking, just 400 meters away, you'll find the charming Irish/French Pub/Restaurant, The Black Duck, serving delicious meals and refreshing Guinness. Additionally, there are other fine restaurants in the area and plenty more in Sarlat.

As a British/Swedish couple living nearby, we are more than happy to offer advice and recommendations on places to visit. We can even make reservations for you and arrange for fresh croissants and bread to be delivered from the local bakery. Should you wish to indulge in a truly authentic culinary experience, we can also provide a fantastic French chef to prepare and serve meals in our Manor house when you reserve on a self-catered basis.
