This delightful cottage is nestled within a spacious flower-filled garden, encompassing beautiful trees spanning 4000 m². The garden features a playful children's playground and a shaded bowling green, providing ample outdoor entertainment.

On the ground floor, you will find a covered terrace measuring 50 m², complete with a garden and a large family table, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco and hosting barbecues. As you enter through a grand vestibule, you will discover the dining room, accompanied by an open and fully equipped kitchen boasting modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, and blender. The living room, with its lofty cathedral-like ceiling, is equipped with a TV and DVD player, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The ground floor also offers a bedroom with a luxurious queen-sized bed (1.60 X 2 m), a bathroom with double washbasins and a spacious walk-in shower, complete with complimentary toiletries. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are conveniently provided, along with a separate toilet and washbasin.

Access to the upper level is granted via a charming spiral staircase, where you will find a bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed (1.80 X 2 m), which can be separated if needed, as well as a crib. There is also another bedroom offering three single beds (0.90 m X 2 m). The upper level includes a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a mezzanine area overlooking the living room, featuring a small desk and a cozy chaise lounge.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we provide bed linens, towels, and the cost of electric heating is included in the rental. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Bicycles are available upon request, and we also offer amenities such as a high chair, changing mat, wooden bed, and baby bath. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to provide advice and tourist information, and we have special privileged access to reduced rates at various local tourist sites. Additionally, there is an opportunity to partake in wine tasting of Touraine wines, organized with our esteemed winemaker friends.

Directions from Paris:
- Take the A10 motorway towards Blois.
- In Blois, follow the signs for Vierzon-Romorantin.
- Cross the Loire River and turn right towards Montrichard.
- Follow the signs for Montrichard, Loches, and Faverolles sur Cher.
- Cross the Cher River and at the second roundabout, continue straight for 200m.
- Then, take a left towards St Aignan / St Julien de Chedon.
- Take the first right and follow the signs.
