This charming gite is conveniently situated just 200 meters away from the beach and within a short walking distance to the local shops. With a capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, this cozy retreat offers a generous space of approximately 35 m2.The gite offers flexible rental options, including weekly stays, weekend getaways, and even nightly rentals. It comprises of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. The dining room features a TV and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with a fridge, small freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
For added comfort, the gite has excellent quality heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during colder months. Step outside and you'll find a spacious and sunny terrace spanning 140 m2, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a roller blind. This terrace can also be securely fenced, providing a safe and enjoyable play area for children.
Additional amenities include a cot, high chair, iron, and ironing board, all available for your convenience. Laundry facilities are also provided, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. Hôtes d'une gentillesse rare. Maison très belle et la propreté numéro un. Et que parler des gentillesses que nous avons reçu. Mon petit fils du Québec ce souviendras longtemps De la mer avec M. Gilles. Merci pour ces belles vacances en 2014.
