With the capacity to accommodate up to twelve people, these properties provide a consistent and exceptional level of quality accommodation, as guaranteed by Clévacances in partnership with the Department of Tourism.

Both Les Hirondelles and Les Moineaux offer comfortable accommodation for four to five guests, featuring two spacious en-suite bedrooms with baths, showers, and toilets. Crisp white cotton percale sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, complete with satellite TV, DVD player, and internet access. The charm of the original building has been preserved, boasting exposed oak beams and stone walls in the double bedroom and sitting room.

Outside, a terrace with wooden garden furniture and a parasol awaits in front of the gite, ensuring privacy with surrounding flower beds and trellises adorned with climbing plants. As the sun sets, the terrace at the end of the garden offers a picturesque setting to unwind and enjoy stunning views of the fields and forests. Why not indulge in an aperitif or an al fresco dining experience on the terrace? A barbecue is also available for your use. Additionally, the swimming pool area features a table tennis table, while the boules pitch is located under the shade of the large trees that separate our property from the neighboring farm.

The swimming pool, measuring approximately 17 meters by 7 meters, is heated and accessible from May to September. Offering shelter and security, the pool is enclosed by a wall on three sides and a sun shelter on the fourth. Relaxation is ensured with sunbeds and comfortable mattresses along the poolside, complemented by large parasols for additional shade.

Directions

To get to the destination, head north from Bar-sur-Aube for approximately 10 minutes. From Troyes, it will take around 45 minutes, while from Paris it will be a journey of about 2.5 hours. If you are coming from Calais, expect a travel time of 4 hours. Follow the N19 road from Troyes towards Bar-sur-Aube, then take the D118 route towards Eclance before reaching Arsonval.
