This spacious house is perfect for accommodating a group of 6 to 10 people. With a total area of 130 square meters, it offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140 cm) each, while the third bedroom features two bunk beds (90 cm each).The house also includes a dining room and a living room, complete with two sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the bathroom boasts a shower, bath, and two sinks.
During colder months, guests can enjoy the cozy fireplace, while electric heating ensures comfort throughout the year. Convenient amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, TV with DVD player, telephone, and internet access are also provided.
Outside, the property features a fenced-in land measuring 400 square meters. Guests can relax on the terrace, make use of the barbecue and garden furniture, or have fun on the slide. Parking space is available as well.
