Located in the eastern end of the Valley of the Kings, just 150 km south of Paris and a short drive from Fontainebleau, our charming establishment is situated in a convenient location. Nestled between Gien, known for its bone china factory, and Briare, famous for its canal bridge, our guest house offers two rooms, two suites, and two gites. The separate guest house is surrounded by a delightful park that stretches down to the Loire River, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Originally built in the 18th century and completely renovated in 2001, the manor house, designed in the magnificent "Mansart" style, is located nearby. With independent car parks and entrances, you can enjoy complete freedom during your stay. Our guests are warmly invited to explore and relax in the seven-acre park, adorned with ancient trees, flowers, deckchairs, tables, and outdoor games for children. Tennis and table tennis facilities are also available. A private path, just 300 meters away, leads to the Loire River, offering a perfect starting point for walks or bike rides. We also provide baby-sitting services, bike rentals, and welcome pets with certain restrictions. Please note that our house is non-smoking. The price per night for a room starts from 64 Euros for two people, including breakfast (with a supplement of €10 for one-night stays). If you stay for four nights or more, you can benefit from a 10% discount (more details can be found on our website).

Welcome to this charming ground floor apartment in a beautiful house, showcasing the traditional architecture of the Loire Valley. With its own private entrance, this cozy 40m2 space is ideal for a maximum of 2 guests. The apartment boasts three windows that open to the east and south, offering picturesque views of the park.

Inside, you will find a comfortable bedroom furnished with a double bed (140x190cm) and a living room adorned with Louis-Philippe antique furniture. An additional single bed (90x190cm) is available for separate sleeping arrangements. The apartment also features a small yet private en-suite shower room and toilet.

Prepare your meals in the convenient kitchen corner, equipped with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, and all necessary utensils and dishes. Stay connected with complimentary Wifi and enjoy the tranquil private garden, complete with a barbecue, table, chairs, and deck chairs.

For those who appreciate an active lifestyle, the property offers access to a shared fitness room. Additionally, you can request laundry services, including washing and drying, with soap provided. Parking is available within the estate for your convenience.
