Situated just 12 km from Pompadour and on the doorstep of the Limousin, Périgord, and Quercy regions, it provides the perfect base for exploring. Surrounded by rolling meadows and woods, the farmhouse enjoys plenty of sunshine and tranquility. The spacious garden, spanning 2000 m2, is securely fenced with sheep wire net and wood bars. The living area, located on the ground floor, boasts a rustic charm with exposed stone, beamed ceilings, and a traditional fireplace. The farmhouse features a double room with two 80cm beds, a kitchen and dining area, a second double room with a 140cm bed, and a third double room with two 80cm beds. Additional amenities include a bathroom with a bath and basin, a shower room with a shower and basin, a corridor, and a separate toilet. Accessible via a small dead-end drive, the farmhouse is only 200m away from a cow farm and the owners' house.

Directions

To travel from Paris to Toulouse via A20, follow these directions:
- Take Exit 45 (TULLE - VIGEOIS)
- Continue on road D3 towards VIGEOIS, following the tourist road signposted as "circuit de la vallée de la Vézère"
- Arrive at VIGEOIS
- Follow the tourist road (D3 direction OBJAT) for approximately 8 km
- Look for the hamlet signposted as "LES FOMBIARDES"
- Once in the hamlet, after 500 m, take a right onto the road signposted as "LES CHAISES BASSES"
- The Gîte is located another 500 m ahead on the left side.
