This village house is an ancient and independent property located on the edge of a wooded area, with a charming enclosed garden measuring 600m².The house offers convenient parking space outside, as well as a private and secure courtyard.
Inside, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has direct access to a lovely terrace.
The living room, measuring 30m², features a cozy wood stove, two single beds, a television, and WIFI access.
There is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a modern shower room with a toilet.
Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, providing convenient storage options.
For dining out, there is a very nice hostel located just 1km away, offering local specialties.
Guests have the option of requesting end-of-stay cleaning services for an additional fee of 40.
Furthermore, bed sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon arrival.
The price includes the tourist tax.

To reach the destination, follow these directions:
1. Exit NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES from the A31 motorway.
2. Take the D25 road in the direction of "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany.
3. Continue on the D35 road, heading towards Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany.
4. Keep going straight ahead. After a few miles, make a left turn towards MESSANGES.
5. Continue straight ahead, and you will find the house on your left at number 20 rue vineyards.
