Situated at an elevation of 170 meters (557 feet), the house is conveniently located just 13 km (8 miles) from the beach, offering plenty of opportunities for scenic walks.
Outside Areas
The Terrace - The front garden features a paved area with seating for eight people, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Additionally, there is a hammock and multiple sunbeds for ultimate relaxation. The charcoal BBQ ensures delightful summer lunches and dinners.
Ground Floor
The Entrance Hall - Provides access to all ground floor rooms and stairs leading to the upper part of the house.
The Lounge - This tastefully decorated L-shaped room is adorned in white and soft yellow tones. It features two large sofas, two armchairs, and comfortably seats eight guests. At the end of the room, there is a decorative open fireplace. Entertainment amenities include a Satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. A bookshelf is stocked with a selection of books and DVDs for your enjoyment.
The Dining Area - Located in the second part of the living room, this space houses a large oak table that can be adjusted in size to accommodate your needs. The accompanying oak chairs comfortably seat eight guests, and a baby high chair is also available. From this area, you can access the balcony.
The Balcony - Enjoy picturesque mountain views from the second balcony at the back of the house. This area is ideal for a tranquil breakfast setting.
The Kitchen - Fully equipped with a 4-ring gas stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, the kitchen provides everything you need for convenient meal preparation.
Bedroom 1 - Located on the entrance level, this bedroom features a patio door that leads out to the front terrace. Decorated in peach and white colors, it offers a built-in wardrobe spacious enough for two people.
Bedroom 2 - Situated on the entrance level, this bedroom boasts a café au lait and white color scheme, with a stunning view of the valley. It also includes a large built-in wardrobe.
Bath and Shower Room - This well-sized bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and offers ample shelf space for your belongings. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.
