At our school, we exclusively utilize environmentally certified products sourced directly from Cioran's farm, which is also the owner of the hotel-pension. This farm, known as Fereme, supplies us with a wide range of fresh produce on a daily basis, including dairy, meat products, eggs, vegetables, fruits, homemade bread, and pastries. Additionally, our students have the unique opportunity to actively engage in various farm activities such as animal nutrition (including milking), collecting and preserving vegetables and fruits, and even enjoying horseback riding on donkeys, whether it be in a sled or car.
