Florence and Eric invite you to their beautiful property in Lot and Garonne, near a charming town and the enchanting Bonaguil castle. They have created a stunning 25 m2 studio for 2 people, made of white stone and equipped with all the comforts you need. The studio features a comfortable 160x200 bed, a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction cooker, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area, lounge area, TV, internet, CD radio, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.You can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6m by 11m pool. Additionally, you have access to a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue, as well as various outdoor activities such as football and bocce. The property is set on a 2.3-hectare park with adorable pygmy goats, an orchard filled with fresh fruits, parking space, a carport, and a lovely garden. Cats reside on the property, and well-behaved pets are welcome upon prior arrangements.
Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. We also offer a cot with a high chair, as well as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron – just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Meals and breakfast can be arranged upon request.
For weekend stays, we offer the following rates:
- 1 night: 60 euros
- 2 nights: 110 euros
- 3 nights: 160 euros
- Other rates: 360 euros
During different seasons, the rates vary as follows:
- Very high season: 340 euros
- High season: 280 euros
- Season: 250 euros
- Low season: 300 euros
- Animal deposit: 30 euros
- Heating supplement in winter (between November 1 and March 1)
On-site amenities include the swimming pool, table football, and boules. In the nearby city of Fumel, you can also enjoy a communal pool, various shops, restaurants, a toy library, a regular library, horse riding, rowing, canoeing, and more. Within a 30-kilometer radius, you'll find castles, golf courses, rope courses, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, museums, and other exciting attractions.
