Welcome to Pognandière, a charming gite located in Normandy's Orne region, nestled in the heart of the picturesque country of Auge. This comfortable and inviting 18th-century half-timbered house can accommodate up to 5 people.

Whether you're looking for a night's stay, a weekend getaway, or a week-long retreat, Pognandière is the perfect destination for couples, families, or friends. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this exceptional and well-preserved site, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful Augerons countryside.

The gite features a cozy living room with a traditional Norman fireplace, exposed beams, and tiled floors, complete with a TV, TNT, and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a cellar with a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two 90cm beds, with the option of adding an additional 90cm bed if needed. There is also a bedroom with a 140cm bed. The hydromassage shower room and toilet complete the upper level.

This traditional house boasts the charm of half-timbered architecture, exposed beams, tiled floors, and hardwood parquet. Outside, you'll have access to a private garden and parking space.

Surrounded by numerous hiking trails and attractions, Pognandière is ideally located near the village of Camembert, renowned for its cheese, just 5km away. The National Stud Farm of the Pine is also within easy reach at 13km. Other nearby attractions include Caen, Deauville, Honfleur, the D-Day landing beaches, all within a 1-hour drive. For those coming from Paris, our gite is conveniently located just 2.5 hours away.
