This unique two-room apartment measuring 55 m2 is located in the heart of Strasbourg, just a two-minute walk from Historic Places and the Christmas markets. Situated on the second floor of an eighteenth-century building, this apartment offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious rooms feature exposed beams and can accommodate up to five guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. The kitchen opens up to the living room which includes a double sofa bed, coffee table, storage furniture, and a TV monitor. The bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, is furnished with a 140 bed, a large wardrobe, and a baby cot. The bathroom features a bathtub and a storage cabinet, and towels are provided. The toilet is separate.Please note that the winter season begins on November 26 and ends on January 8, 2012. The nightly rate for this apartment is €160, with a minimum stay of two nights for €300. For weekend stays from Friday to Sunday (check-in at 2pm and check-out at 11am), the rate is €300. For week-long stays from Monday to Friday (check-in at 2pm and check-out at 11am), the rate is €500, which includes all charges, taxes, and the departure cleaning fee. Linens are also provided.
To confirm your reservation, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. A security deposit of €300 is also required. We accept payment in cash, bank checks, postal checks, postal or bank transfers, and international money orders.
