We offer three bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower (measuring 120 * 80) and a basin. Additionally, every room has a separate toilet for added convenience.

The first room, known as "the Mansard," is located on the elevated ground floor and offers a lovely terrace. It is furnished with a comfortable 160cm bed. On the upper floor, there is a private lounge area with a television exclusively for guests staying in this room.

The second room, called "the garden," is situated on the ground floor and also features a terrace. It boasts a spacious 180cm modular bed.

The third room, known as "the attic," is located on the upper floor and has a flexible 180cm adjustable bed. This room also includes a lounge area, complete with a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements, ideal for families.

Étape très agréable, très bon accueil de Nadine et son mari. Grande Chambre joliment décorée, belle salle d eau moderne. Petit déjeuner royal tout fait maison, bravo. Je recommande cette adresse, un excellent souvenir.

Directions

To get to our location, follow these travel directions:
1. If you're coming from the A6, take Exit 22 Avallon.
2. Once you reach the roundabout, take the Lyon direction.
3. Continue on the D606 and stay on the Lyon/Dijon route at the stop.
4. After approximately 500m, make a right turn onto Etrée.
5. You'll find us at the exit of the village on the right side.
If you're coming from Avallon, simply stay on the D606 until you reach Etrée. Avoid taking the Magny route.
