This charming gite offers a comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen, WC, and a local washing machine. The bathroom features modern amenities, and there are three bedrooms available. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 140 cm wide, while the second and third bedrooms have twin beds measuring 120 cm wide and a single bed measuring 90 cm wide, respectively. Electric heating and fuel are provided for your comfort.Guests can enjoy access to a spacious garden spanning 5000 m2, which is not enclosed. A garage is available for your convenience. The gite is located 2 km away from swimming facilities, 7 km from the nearest railway station and swimming pool, and only 300 m from shops. Tennis courts, hang gliding, parasailing, canoeing, golfing, and fishing opportunities are all within a short distance, ranging from 1 km to 14 km away.
There are multiple hiking trails nearby, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Numerous tourist sites and events are also worth visiting during your stay. Please note that the gite does not accommodate single guests. However, it does offer a garden (not on a leveled ground), TV, dishwasher, and laundry facilities. Phone service is not available, but the garden is enclosed for your privacy and security.

The castle is located 7 km from Millau Séverac, on the 12520 18 Street Viaduct in AGUESSAC. Additionally, it is situated 14 km from the gorges of the Tarn. The region is known for its natural beauty, specifically the "Causses in the Aveyron." The garden is bordered by a tributary of the Tarn called "Lumensonnesque," which flows into the Tarn just 500 m away. The altitude of the area is 394 m. To reach AGUESSAC from MILLAU, take the N9 national road and then the D907 towards the Gorges du Tarn. Before entering Aguessac, turn left before the bridge onto the street viaduct, and continue for about 400m. The house is located just after the overpass on the right. If you are coming from Severac Le Chateau on the N9 national road, once you reach Aguessac, turn left before the overpass. The house will be on your left before you reach the overpass.
