Description for B&B:

Linas is a delightful French village located 25 km south of Paris. It is conveniently situated on the route to popular destinations such as Brittany, the Loire Castles, Bordeaux, Lyon, and the Riviera.

Our house is a beautifully renovated rural property with a large garden. The guest rooms exude a tranquil ambiance, thanks to the combination of refined materials, soothing colors, and a blend of old and new elements. You will feel cool and relaxed during your stay.

We offer three exquisite rooms: "l'Amarante" can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully accessible for disabled individuals. "l'Alcôve" features a comfortable double bed, while "la Dorée" offers a cozy single bed.

The "l'Amarante" room has its own private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast when the weather permits, and it also includes a parking space within the garden.

Each guest room has a separate entrance from the main house and is equipped with an Italian-style shower directly on the floor, toilets, a TV, a DVD player, and complimentary high-speed internet access.

Our guests have access to a shared dining room, which features self-cooking facilities including a boiler, microwave, griddle, fridge, and kitchenware. This allows our guests the flexibility to prepare their own meals if desired.

As is customary in a bed and breakfast, we serve a delicious French breakfast in the dining room, complete with fresh baguettes, croissants, and our homemade jams. However, guests also have the option to prepare their own meals in the dining room.

Whether you are planning a visit to Paris and seeking a place to unwind and enjoy quality at an affordable price, or if you are en route to the enchanting châteaux de la Loire or other destinations and wish to relax in an authentic French atmosphere, don't miss the opportunity to stay with us. You won't be disappointed!
